To New Zealand: 6-27 business days

Expedited Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Shipping Delays:
In the event of shipping delays, we'll make every effort to inform you promptly. Should you encounter any issues, reach out to us, and we'll address them on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Carriers:
We use Sendle for reliable and efficient shipping.

Sendle has a great network in Australia which spans coast to coast. However, Sendle drivers can’t pick up from or deliver to places like:
- Auction houses 
- Malls or shopping centres 
- Furniture and retail stores
- Hospitals
- Military bases
- Airports
- PO boxes 
- Amazon warehouses

Sendle specialises in door-to-door delivery, which is why they need a physical street address. If a receiver is not home to sign for a parcel, it will either be left at the premises in a safe spot, delivered to a nearby location for collection or made available for a free redelivery.

Out of Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock (as outlined on the product page), we'll promptly refund you for the unavailable item. We'll then reach out to discuss whether you'd like the remaining items sent or prefer a refund.

Return to Sender

Poler Bare Boutique accepts no responsibility for orders that have already been dispatched. The customer is responsible for any "Return to Sender" and redelivery costs. For these orders, no returns or refunds can be accepted.
